Mr. McLaughlin is the owner and manager of Midstream Partners, LLC, a Fort Worth, Texas based company providing price risk management outsourcing and derivative hedging advisory services to the energy industry. It is registered with the National Futures Association as a Commodity Trading Advisor. He also serves as manager for Double M Ranch Ltd, a beef cattle ranching company headquartered in San Angelo, Texas. Mr. McLaughlin has also served as a past trustee of All Saints Episcopal School of Fort Worth, where he was the Treasurer for the Board of Trustees and currently serves on the investment selection committee for the Saints Endowment. Additionally, he currently serves as Treasurer for the Board of River Crest Country Club. Mr. McLaughlin holds Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
